Join the Palm Sunday Walk for Justice and Peace in Melbourne
Sunday 24 March at the Parliament Gardens, corner Nicolson Street and Albert Street, East Melbourne (close to Parliament Station).
Program:
10.00 am Welcome and informal gathering with music
10.30am Reflections on Peace and Justice from different faith traditions
Organised with the assistance of the Faith Communities Council of Victoria
11.00am Speakers include: Rev Dev Anandarajan (on peace-making); Refugee speakers; Sr Brigid Arthur; David Manne (Refugee Legal)
11.30am Walk for justice and peace to the city centre, returning to Parliament Gardens for closing comments and more music
12.30pm end of program
