Speakers: *Former teacher from RPC1 school on Nauru and Paul Dingle, principal from Glenroy Secondary College (who has spoken out against the planned removal of two of his students to Nauru)<\/span><\/p>\n

Come along to hear an eyewitness report from a teacher who worked with asylum seeker children at the Nauru detention centre school before it was closed. He risks 2 years gaol for breaking the Border Force act by speaking out.
\nPaul Dingle has shown great leadership in publicly criticising plans to remove some of his students to Nauru.
\nWe will also discuss the viral “teachers say let them stay” actions, and what teachers and educators can do next in the campaign to stop the removal of the 267 refugees and close offshore detention.
